Warnings have been issued from various agencies and groups about this year’s flu season. It is supposed to be one of the worst in decades.[1] They believe the strain of flu this year is H3N2, which has caused the most amount of deaths in the past two decades. How many deaths? When it is H3N2, the death toll is usually between 30,000 and 59,000 for one year. Other strains can produce as few as 3,000 annual deaths.

Of course, this is ‘nothing’ compared to what happened 100 years ago in the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that infected one third of the world’s population and killed nearly 50 million people. Could this happen again? It depends on who you ask.

We believe it will, for the very reason that people’s bodies are becoming ticking time bombs as they get further and further away from the ‘state’ that God originally designed the human body to be in. It is for this reason that there are a hundred ‘new’ diseases, that US life expectancy is falling, and the ‘quality’ of life in the US is getting worse every year as well.

What about the flu shot? Experts are reporting that the flu shot may be less than 10% effective this year.[2]

Statistics also show:

Each year around 10% to 20% of the population gets the flu.

A quarter of a million people are hospitalized with the flu.

People are contagious for a few days before symptoms begin to a week to 10 days after the illness starts.

The average person has the flu for 4 to 7 days, but may continue with a cough, fatigue, and other symptoms for up to two weeks.

Several thousand have already been infected this year, and healthy, ‘normal’ people are dying.[3]

We at The Healthy Protocol know how to keep our internal environments in a state that prevents the flu virus from getting a foothold in our bodies. Personally, I have not had a cold OR flu in over 40 years. My children, now adults, never had a single bout of flu from birth to graduating from high school. However, sharing this information is more than just difficult. Why? The US government has made laws forbidding us from telling you the truth. In fact, it is a major crime to do so. What we CAN do is carefully give you some ‘pointers’ in how to strengthen your immune system (so far, the government says that is not illegal), and we’ll avoid mentioning how that is related to protecting you from any disease(s), including the flu.

Here are suggestions to strengthen your immune system:

  1. First and foremost, do NOT eat sugar of ANY kind. I know, kind of hard to do during the holidays. But WHENEVER you consume sugar (colas, cookies, cake, ice cream, candy, alcohol, sports drinks, fruit juice, ketchup, bakery items, cereal, donuts, etc…) you lower your immune system dramatically. In fact, you put your immune system on hold. This gives any critters the perfect opportunity to start replicating – which is what causes the symptoms of a cold or flu.
  2. Wash your hands with soap and warm water regularly.
  3. Avoid (as much as consciously possible) touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands. Research shows that we do this 2,000 to 3,000 times PER DAY. This is HOW you auto-infect yourself with a critter. You touch a handrail, doorknob, the back of a chair or some object that is infected and then touch your face, causing the critter to enter your body through your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  4. Avoid people that are contagious, sneezing, coughing, or look ill.
  5. Stay hydrated. Of course, drinking Ionized Alkaline Water from one of the machines we offer is more than ideal, as it will keep you alkaline, hydrated, oxygenated, detoxified, and overall healthy.
  6. Clean/disinfect the usual suspect items: keyboards, toothbrushes (throw away and get a new one), doorknobs, cellphones, countertops, etc.
  7. Take Royal Velvet/PURE daily. You need the proper kinds and amounts of nutrients to stay strong, have no weak links, and keep your immune system running.
  8. Get enough sleep. Do NOT become exhausted, over tired, or ‘run-down’.
  9. IF you think you have been infected or have come in contact with someone who is, use our Myco Shield Spray.
