Warnings have been issued from various agencies and groups about this year’s flu season. It is supposed to be one of the worst in decades.[1] They believe the strain of flu this year is H3N2, which has caused the most amount of deaths in the past two decades. How many deaths? When it is H3N2, the death toll is usually between 30,000 and 59,000 for one year. Other strains can produce as few as 3,000 annual deaths.

Every year billions of dollars are spent on various forms of research. As any intelligent person today knows, some of that research is skewed. The reasons vary, but are hardly difficult to understand. As the consummate truth seeker, before I write (a book, an article, or this blog) or speak (at a seminar, on my radio show or podcasts, or as a seminar guest) I highly ‘research’ the research. Why? With thousands of supplements on the market, all claiming to be the best products or better than their competition, how do you know which products to choose?

Obviously, understanding HOW the body “works”, HOW the body absorbs, takes in, and USES nutrients, and in what FORM the nutrients need to be in order to effectively be used by the body – is the key. That is our expertise.

More than 95% of all the vitamin supplements sold in the US today are either synthetic (useless at best and harmful [read: disease causing] at worst) or very little is absorbed into your body (wasting 90% or more of what you pay for) or are not what...

Dehydration is simply when your body does not have as much water and fluids as it should. Water makes up 60-80% of our entire body mass, so it makes sense that when we don’t consume enough, all kinds of issues start to occur! Consuming plenty of water each day is critical for your body to work at its best, so if you’re not getting enough, your body sends a whole range of signs that let you know you need to top up!
